Our sourdough bread it’s been made with “lievito madre” or mother yeast which is 6 years old, ‘born’ it in Sardinia and brought to Bali, fed it everyday with care and love.. that’s why it’s so tasty, crunchy in the outside and soft in the inside.. plus it’s incredibly digestible! You just have to try it 💯
