DON’T CANCEL YOUR TRIP TO BALI!

Alright … let’s have a real chat for a moment 💛

You know how when you see one cockroach in your kitchen and suddenly you’re convinced the whole house is infested?

That’s kind of what’s happening right now with Bali and the weather reports.

I’ve had so many messages from followers saying:

“Should we cancel our Bali holiday?”

Because yes…
It’s been raining ☔
Yes…
Some parts of Sanur and Denpasar have had flooding.
And yes…
Storm footage always looks like the end of the world when it’s on the news.

But here’s the actual feet-on-the-ground, sarong-on-the-clothesline truth:

🌴 Most of Bali is open, operating and welcoming guests as usual

Local authorities are already managing the few affected pockets — and life across the island is continuing pretty normally (with the occasional wet sandal).

Right now in some parts of Sanur:

• There’s been some localised flooding in low-lying areas
• Winds are a bit wild — don’t park under trees (Balinese coconuts have excellent aim 🥥)
• The sea is rough — so water activities might pause for safety
• But this is not island-wide

It’s patchy.

So if you’re due to visit soon — please don’t cancel.
Just travel the way with a smile and be:

✨ A little flexible
✨ A little informed
✨ And a whole lot kind

Because here’s the part that really matters…

Bali runs on tourism.
When visitors cancel, it’s not big corporations that feel it first — it’s the drivers, the café staff, the spa therapists, the warung owners… the families who rely on this season to support their children and parents.

So if you’ve got:
🧳 A bit of space in your suitcase
💰 A little room in your budget
💛 Or simply the willingness to show up

Coming to Bali right now is one of the most beautiful ways you can support this island and its people.
