UPDATE on new OWNERS of Mandala Desa:

Our whole family fell in love with Bali and especially with Mandala Desa in 2019. After lot's of soul-searching and a wild odyssey of moving from China to Germany and then from Germany to Bali in the midst of Corona-times, we finally made it through all uncertainties and arrived here in March, leaving everything behind.

We are still overwhelmed. about the authentic, friendly people and the splendid nature surrounding us, using the Covid19 times to renovate and make Mandala Desa an even nicer place!!

WHO WE ARE:

JAN: Son of a development aid worker, worked in product marketing in a large German corporate company

IRMI: Systematic family counselor

MICHA (13): Fond of adventures and sports

MALENA (12): Creativity/arts and animals

ENYA (9): Loves horses and household

We are very much looking forward to getting to know you!

I am feeling blessed with great guests, great staff, great neighbors and a great place. By mixing these ingredients together and adding 4 cups of hard work, a tablespoon of dedication, a dash of love and a large pinch of good hosting skills, we succeed in offering our guests an exceptional stay at Mandala Desa. As you can read below in one of our recent Airbnb reviews:

“Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff, customer service is clearly a priority here and Jacinta the owner is a wonderful host. Set in peaceful, beautiful surroundings and a short bike ride to bustling Celuk’s centre, we had a very relaxing time here as well as focusing on work projects. A few doors down is a family of silversmiths who run lessons which we would highly recommend. On several occasions the kitchen staff brought us meals there as we were working, they go above and beyond to make you as comfortable as possible. Heading back soon and would recommend to those wishing to stay near Celuk but have a peaceful getaway as well.”
