This Independence Day, Tangelo begins a new culinary journey celebrating Indonesia's regional heritage, starting with a tradition deeply rooted in Sebatu through traditions, recipes, and flavours passed from one generation to another.

Tangelo Restaurant welcomes Babi Guling PASAH, a cherished local culinary tradition that has been part of Bali’s food heritage since 1996. The word “Pasah” refers to a particular day within the traditional Balinese calendar cycle. Following this tradition, Babi Guling Pasah Bu Minil is prepared and served once every three day.
