Your purpose is simple:
Take care of our team. Take care of our guests. Take care of our island.
We’re looking for people who love nature and people, who communicate exceptionally well, and who value honesty, kindness, leadership, innovation, sustainability and regeneration.
You’ll need to be comfortable living on the island for two to three weeks each month, leading or coordinating a close-knit team and helping us create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
This is a real hospitality leadership role—not an extended island holiday. But it may lead somewhere extraordinary. Desa Laguna is growing into a wider family of regenerative resorts and villages across Indonesia, beginning with Lombok and, we hope by 2027, the foothills of Gunung Gede Panggrano.
Our operations leaders are a little like Jedi: calm under pressure, attentive to others and ready to act when needed.
