Organisasi ini terbuka bagi seluruh pihak dan profesi yang ingin membangun dan mengembangkan Prostetik dan Ortotik di Indonesia. Anggota ISPO Indonesia terdiri dari : Dokter, Prostetis Ortotis, Dosen dan tim pengajar OP, Perusahaan dan Klinik Pelayanan Ortotik Prostetik, serta Instansi Pendidikan Tinggi, Fisioterapis, dan umum.
