Underhanded tactics from one of our competitor,
Sanctum is currently under attack from a cowardly competitor who has hired third parties to lower our Google rating and therefore our ranking in Togian.
What's curious is that the comments are written in Indonesian, while over 98% of our clientele is European or American.
What's also strange is that these accounts are recently opened and only have one review, but more importantly, the comments are quite complimentary, with a rating of 3 or 4 stars, which in just a few days has caused our rating to drop from 4.7 to 4.6 out of 5.
These are the most despicable attitudes, because jealousy can't stand those who succeed, and instead of being inspired by the work we do...
In any case, Sanctum remains the most popular resort in the Togian Islands. Our dive center is ranked #1 in Sulawesi by SSI and in the top 20 out of 200 in Indonesia for the past three years. So dear competitors, instead of trying to drag others down, take inspiration from the work of those who succeed, roll up your sleeves and get to work seriously, you will see it works very well too and we all have something to gain.
