A very sad day with the passing of Damai Bungalows founder Jason King.
Jason did so much to put Krui on the surfing map.
Jason was always up for a wave or a beer and a good guy to hang with.
All of us at Sumatra Surf Resort pass on our deepest condolences to Jason's family and staff.
He will be greatly missed.

From 17th January 2024 Air Asia are flying direct from Bali to Bandar Lampung on Monday Wednesday Friday and Sunday. Its a 2 hour flight. Bali at 10.50am and Bandar Lampung at 12pm. 20 kgs free baggage and 1.5m rupiah each way yiieeww.

Sumatra Surf Resort will be closed from 1st December to the 22nd December 2023. We are upgrading the bungalows and our Warung for 2024. Guest comfort and satisfaction are what we are all about. Thanks to everyone who has stayed with us in 2023 it's been an awesome year. We still have spots available for this year if your itching to get over.
