In front of the resort, you can dive the Coral Garden and it is a short walk from the Liberty Wreck and the Drop Off. The Matahari Tulamben Resort has a swimming pool, sun beds at the beach, in the garden and at the sun deck with a very nice view to the Mount Agung and the ocean. Start from standard rooms (fan/cold water), superior rooms (ac/hot water) to bungalows/deluxe rooms with (ac/hot water/
safety box). In the restaurant where you overlooks the seaside we serve mouth watering traditional Balinese dishes as well as a variety of international food and suckling pig (on request). While having breakfast, you can watch the sunrise over the mountains of Lombok on the eastern side of the Lombok Strait and during your dinner you can listen the gentle waves and view the moonlit ocean. Or simply check your emails by using the free Wifi. Unfortunately Tulamben is only 2,5 hrs from Kuta/Sanur area, so most of the divers choice a day trip to Tulamben for 2 dives only. They dive the Liberty wreck and the Drop Off and they have only a small chance to explore the beautiful underwaterworld of Tulamben. But if you don't like to stay overnight we offer also exclusive day trips to Tulamben with 2 dives and sightseeing: Riecefields, Tirta Gangga Waterpalace and Goa Lawah (one of the six holiest Bali-Temple with Bat-Cave and Phytons). If you are not yet a certified diver you can try an introductory dive (start in our swimming pool) to get a first impression from the amazing underwater world or you can make a PADI-dive course.
