Sadly, they don’t seem to be available at the markets if you leave them at home 🧳

Our team work incredibly hard every single day to provide the highest level of customer service to every family we help. Bali Kidz Hire is busy, fast paced and during peak periods we can be managing 40+ deliveries and collections a day — and while we always do our best to accommodate everyone, this week unfortunately our team were not shown the same kindness and respect in return by a small number of families.

A few gentle reminders if you have a hire coming up with us ⬇️

• Your order is not finalised until payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by our team

• If payment is made the day before delivery, we cannot guarantee your preferred delivery time slot. If you need a specific time, please book and confirm early where possible

• Our team will always assist with reinflating inflatables during your hire period — it’s part of our service, and we have staff on call daily for slides and pool toys

• If an item is damaged during your hire, repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the bond. We are a business, and these items need to be maintained for future families to enjoy.

We absolutely love being part of your Bali holiday memories and we are so grateful for the thousands of amazing families who support our business every year 🖤

But if kindness, patience and respect aren’t travelling with you… we may not be the right fit for your holiday hire company.
