Vaccinations have started in the Kuta area & some staff today received their 1st shot 💉
Many staff have already received their shots in their villages so Bali is making good progress in getting everyone vaccinated 🙌🏻
We still don’t know for certain when Bali will reopen for tourism.

IDA INN UPDATE

After much deliberation yesterday it is with regret to announce that there will be a reduction in services provided at Ida Inn Bali.

Commencing Saturday, 29th February 2020 our Nangka Restaurant will cease operating therefore no breakfast will be provided beyond this date. Housekeeping will also be reduced to a selected 3 days a week. These decisions were not made lightly but for the company’s longevity.

For guests who already have a confirmed direct booking inclusive of breakfast, our Reservations Staff will be in contact with alternative options. We will address March bookings first and then continue with each consecutive month.
Should you have made a reservation through an OTA/ Travel Agent you may wish to contact them directly.

Other services such as massages, transport are still available and a selection of drinks and snacks can be purchased from our 24 hour lobby.

We understand that these changes may not meet with every ones expectation and that you may wish to seek alternative accommodation for your future visits to Bali.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our regular guests that have stayed with us over the past 15 years as we very much appreciate your patronage and are delighted that many of you had considered the Ida as your ‘Bali home away from home’.
We are aware a number of guests have made close friendships with many of our staff, some of whom will regrettably be affected by the changes and some that are not. Many a familiar face can still be seen at the Ida Inn.

We would kindly request those who wish to vent criticisms of the company’s decision on social media, to please consider the impact of your words and how they could affect your friends still working at Ida Inn. We are still committed in making Ida Inn economically viable.

For those guests that have express they still wish to support and stay at Ida Inn, we look forward to welcoming you home and seeing you again soon.

An easy way to go out and discover Bali but please remember you need to carry an international motorbike licence on you, wear a helmet and your passengers too! wear protective clothing & when riding keep to the left side of Bali roads.
Also check your travel insurance that it covers you riding a motorbike, just in case 🤦🏻‍♂️
