A little look back at how we celebrated Housekeeping Week at Pullman Lombok Mandalika.

Heartist teams from across departments came together for a towel art competition, bringing creativity, teamwork, and a lot of fun into the celebration.

More importantly, it was a moment to recognise our Housekeeping team for the care, consistency, and attention they bring every day. Their work may often happen behind the scenes, but it plays a big part in how every guest experiences their stay.
