An intimate evening of open-fire cooking awaits at Aura Restaurant, Selong Selo Resort & Villas.

Join acclaimed Sydney chef Corey Costelloe for a special 14 seat Chef’s Table, where Australian beef meets exceptional Indonesian produce through the distinctive craft of open-fire cooking.

The evening features a six course menu, moving from Mahi Mahi kokoda and beef tartare cannoli to a Wagyu tasting plate, complemented by local sides and a pandan burnt Basque cheesecake to finish. Each course is thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines.
