Here is a strong indication the owners of are writing fake positive reviews on booking.com. Ask yourself, how can a hotel that has NO official stars have the highest score of any property on the island, beating all the hotels that have 5, 4, and 3 official stars?

The answer is simple, because the owner themselves are beefing the score up! Here an excerpt of the search, you can do a search yourself on booking.com

Yet they keep lying to customers how they have 9.9/10 on booking.com. Of course you will have top score when you as an owner are writing the score!

One of the deceptive tricks the owner of Villa Palma Gilli Meno uses to try to discredit any review she does not like is to claim this:

- "The person has not left a review on Booking.com so it must be fake!!!"

But she does not tell people, that not everyone leaves a review on booking.com or manages to do so on time, since customers have only three months maximum to leave a review. She also does not mention how many customers complain how their negative reviews are NOT shown on booking.com because it is bad for booking.com itself (less booking, less commission)

Easy and deceptive way to deflect the negative reviews, instead of addressing customers legitimate complaint and resolving them! I hope you people are smart enough not to fall for someone who is only after your money while giving very little in return, and is treating you as fools!

Today, Jess (the owner) pretended to be a visitor from Portugal leaving yet again another fake very positive review of the property on booking.com

The owner seems to not be able to stop her fingers typing fake positive reviews on behalf of fictional or real clients who supposedly stayed at her property AND were so satisfied!

Just treat customers right, and learn the BASICS of customer service, and there won't be a need for you to keep creating fictional guests and writing fake positive reviews on their behalf!

And booking.com SHAME ON YOU for allowing hotel owners to get away with such dishonest, deceptive and fraudulent behaviour!

Even booking.com itself, acknowledges reviews are not 100% real. Yet you get hotel owners like this one here claiming they have 9.9/10 on booking.com when it was them writing the fake reviews to beef up their score, instead of actually providing actual customer service!

Here is a solid evidence of the owners of Villa Palma Gili Meno writing fake positive reviews and pretending to be happy customers!

"Santiago Jakas," co-owner of the Villa Palma Gili Meno, and husband of Jessica - pretends to be a very satisfied customer, who stayed at the property. He wrote a very positive google review, in which he highly recommends the place and praises the owner Jessica.

Also look at the response from the owner, endorsing the lie!

Interesting how this google review has been removed now, as it provided concrete evidence of the owners of this place, lying to potential customers, creating fictional clients, who supposedly stayed at their place, and were apparently BLOWN AWAY by the experience!

How funny then, that the very same people who are lying to customers through writing fake reviews and pretending to be happy customers, go on to accuse anyone who leaves a negative review as "fake"!

Here is a recent post from the owners of . Once again filled with lies, false claims, twisting of facts, and deliberate and selective omissions of what actually took place.

Pay attention, how the owners accuse others of the exact same things they did, ie writing fake positive reviews pretending to be happy customers who stayed at the property. And them responding to the fake profiles, expressing how glad they were to host them!

Funny, there was zero explanation of the five star google review the co-owner of villa palma gili meno "Santiago Jakas" has left on google, where he pretended to be a happy customer who stayed at the property. This review has now been deleted, because it provide categorical and tangible evidence of them, the owners of this place, writing their own fake reviews! (See post dated 20.2.2023 for evidence)

Please pay special attention to the 40 comments booking.com, so that you can see for yourself how Jessica has written most of them, just like she and her husband "Santiago Jakas" wrote most if not all the positive google reviews too.

Notice also how the owners take zero responsibility for how they bad they treat paying customers, and how they offer nothing in order to resolve the consumers complaint. Instead they create false narratives about how the customers are raging against them and wanting to destroy them for no reason! Also notice how they claim it is just ONE person who has it in for them, a sign like other reviews show, of not able to tolerate any criticism even if it is minor!

Also notice how there was no mention how the owners tried and continue to try to silence and censor unhappy customers, and attack this page because it invites bad experiences to be shared here, something the owners do not other potential customers to see!

If this place was located in Western Europe, the consumer ombudsmans would be on it like a mad dog for breaching consumer rights, lying to customers, refusing to issue refund, keeping customer's money, and various other unethical business practices, this property has been engaging in!

Here another fake review, created by the owners of , where they pretend to be a Russian visitor, left on booking.com. Read for yourself, and evaluate how real it is!

Booking.com as usual turns a blind eye to property owners leaving fake reviews on their platform. The reason is simple: the more bookings are made, the more commission booking.com get!

Fake positive reviews praising the properties they have listed on their platform means, customers will be more likely to make a booking, and booking.com will be more likely to get a commission!

The owner of , claims she has tried to help customers, that she contacts them in order to resolve issues.

What happens in reality is, she writes her OWN version of what happened on their comments/reviews, OF COURSE, with facts twisted, pretending to have tried to help them/ ask them to contact her to resolve the problem, then she BLOCKS them, so that they can not respond to her false claims, lies, contact her, or get anything resolved.

She could not care one bit about them, now that she got their money. All she cares about is potential customers seeing her in a good light. It is about her public image.

Notice all also, how she blames everyone else, instead of taking responsibility of how badly she treats customer who have already paid. It is the customer, who is not responding to her, it is booking.com who delayed things, it is ONE customer responsible for all negative reviews. It is customers who hate her, even after they supposedly received their money back. Hmmm of course, a client who actually received their money, would still be wasting their time trying to get their money back.

She also appears to manufacture "evidence", keeps posting supposed emails from booking.com claiming money is paid back. Documents that prove nothing. But is it surprising, she writes her own fake reviews, pretending to be guests who stayed at the property. How much integrity and honesty do you expect from someone who does things like these?
