Rahasia merebus daging kambing:
• Jahe
• Lengkuas
• Daun salam
• Bawang putih
• Cengkeh
• Serai
• Kayu manis

Kombinasi rempah-rempah ini membantu mengurangi aroma khas kambing sekaligus memberikan cita rasa yang lebih kaya dan lezat.

Resep Kambing Mercon ala Chef Nova

Bahan:
• 10 cabai rawit merah (sesuaikan tingkat kepedasan)
• 3 cabai merah keriting

• 1 batang serai, memarkan
