All rooms are fitted with custom made furniture allowing for optimized comfort and space.

S Loft Manado is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Lifestyle Host to join our team.

✨ Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Minimum high school/vocational school graduate
•⁠ ⁠Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
•⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills
•⁠ ⁠Good English communication skills preferred, especially candidates with an English-related educational background
•⁠ ⁠Friendly, confident, and well-presented
•⁠ ⁠Customer-service oriented and able to handle guests professionally
•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently as well as part of a team
•⁠ ⁠Previous hotel/front office experience is an advantage

🛎️ Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Welcome and assist hotel guests professionally
•⁠ ⁠Handle check-in and check-out procedures
•⁠ ⁠Respond to guest inquiries and requests
•⁠ ⁠Handle reservations and basic front desk administration
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments
•⁠ ⁠Ensure guests receive a warm and comfortable experience throughout their stay
