After one month, she became more than a guest, she became family. We shared the beauty of Ramadhan together, and she even stayed longer to celebrate Eid with us.
Saying goodbye was heartbreaking, and our home feels different without her. But the bond we built didn’t end there, she still calls my mum “Ibu,” and they video call, simply smiling at each other, even without words.
This is the kind of connection we share here, not just a place to stay, but a place to belong
