Dear friends, this retreat has been living in me for a while.

For years l’ve been moving through the water on Gili Meno, feeling how the sea does something to the body that no studio ever could. the buoyancy, the colours, the salt, the silence underneath. it changes the breath. it changes everything.

So this September I’m opening maoMeno - the retreat space I built on this tiny island — for five days of going deep. into the body. into the breath. into the particular stillness that lives below the thinking mind.
We’ll practice in the shala at sunrise, taking the practice into the water, to let the island do what it does best — slow everything down until you can actually feel yourself again.

This one is small. twelve people maximum. if it calls you, come.
