Responsibilities:
- Responds to all communications from guest, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by email, telephone, fax or through online reservation system
- Creates and maintains reservation records; date of arrival & departure, payment / cancellation, transport info, remarks for special request and other modification
- Additional duties may appear based on operational needs

Qualifications:
- Open for fresh grads with flexible working hours and highly motivated to grow up in tourism industry
- Good communication skill in English, written & spoken
- Computer literate with good administrative skills
