Casa's entry opens to a stunning carved stone feature wall and all rooms look out over the sparkling pool, framed by a fragrant frangipani tree, where you can relax on the outdoor deck on sun-loungers. There is a welcome basket with drinks and munchies on arrival to settle you in. The two large comfortable king size bedrooms, with lockable sliding doors, can be opened fully for direct access to the swimming pool area. Both, come with adjoining ensuites, walk-in showers & safes and situated at each end of the Villa. These are separated by an open plan kitchen, living and dining area with huge bi-fold doors to let the outside in or vice versa; all overlooking the pool. One of these bedrooms can convert to a twin king single bedroom making it perfect for younger children, teens or adults. All indoor areas are fully air conditioned, should you wish to stay inside and escape the tropical heat. The living dining room contains a comfortable 6-seater L shaped lounge, television with Smart TV & a DVD player installed, mobile USB speaker system, and sideboard with games and books etc. The 6 seater dining table looking out to the 7 x 3 metre pool which has 30cm edging & an easy access step with hand rail into the pool. Please note the maximum number of guests that this villa can accommodate is 5. Also a small comfy trundle bed or cot, suitable for a child, can be added to the main bedroom if so required.
