Lovely recent review from Kate and Scott following their stay in our Ocean View King Room.

While we are fortunate to receive many beautiful reviews, this one was chosen for its kind, genuine words—so gratefully received by our whole team. It truly reflects who we are and what we are about here at Istana… heartfelt hospitality, a gentle atmosphere, and a place where guests can simply relax and feel at home.

As a local Balinese, Balian-based business, we are incredibly proud to support our local team and their families. Their dedication, kindness, and genuine care are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you are staying with us or simply joining us to dine, we are deeply committed to looking after every guest who comes through our doors.

Thank you so much, Kate and Scott. We absolutely loved having you with us, and your words mean more than you know.

We all look forward to welcoming you back again in October 🌊

Chk the last photo for Kate's review 🙏🏼

Warm regards,
