Omah Garuda is located at the center of Jogja city. We are close to the public places such as Adisucipto International Airport, Ambarrukmo Plaza Mall, Affandi Museum, XXI Cinema, Galleria Mall, Tugu, Malioboro, Language Courses, Gym, Swimming pools, and Demangan traditional Market. There is a minimarket ( convenient shop ) in front of our place and next door are reflexology message and

Interaction with guests

The owner lives in the same house. There are staffs who are ready to assist and help 24 hours. Please feel free to ask if you have some questions and need some helps. We will try our best to assist you as long as possible. The owner and the guests use the same kitchen and dining room. Please be respectful each other and obey the house rules. The neighborhood

There is a Travel Agent and Djemari Reflexology Massage next to Omah Garuda. There are many restaurants (Indonesian, Japanese, Thai food, and Western food) that you can reach by walk within 10 minutes. There is convenient shop in front of our place which open 24 hours. Near to Language Courses, Gym, Swimming pools, and Demangan Market

Getting around

Getting around and explore city are not a big deal. Everything is super easy. These are some transportation that are not difficult to find :
- Public Bus named Transjogja. It costs IDR 3500 per person for one way. The closest bust stop is located 7 minutes by walk from our place.
- Taxis are never a problem as they almost always arrive in 3 or 5 minutes after being called from our place. It takes 15 minutes' ride away to reach Malioboro, Kraton ( Sultan's Palace), Taman sari, etc. Also, taxis are available at almost all main road in the city.
- Online taxi (car and motorcycle). It is also very easy to getting around by online booking transportation such as Gojek, Uber, Grab. Download it on Play Store or Apple Store and pay it in cash. Please inform our staffs to order taxi, book a tour or share any information about places of interest and bus number. We also provide printed Yogyakarta city map and Transjogja bus's map. Besides, there are some brochures of nice places to eat, and tour to Yogyakarta tourism such Borobudur, Ramayana Ballet & Prambanan temple and famous objects out of the city such as Bromo, Ijen and Karimun Jawa Island.
