“The place was beautiful and looked exactly as is it did in the pictures. Although you are far from the main attractions it was easy to arrange for a half or full day out. The location was quiet and peaceful with a great view. We did not get to meet Wendy, but Jamie was awesome and helped arrange activities and cars. Ayu and Yehyen were amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. You should opt to eat at least one dinner in, as the food was SO good!”

“The Beach house is on an incredible piece of property and served by a great staff. The pool is large and just 4 steps from the beach. A great place to relax and get away from some of the more chaotic parts of the island. Jamie and Wendy have built a beautiful house here combining traditional Indonesian architecture and modern conveniences. ”

"We stayed at the Balian Beach Villa for 9 nights in January and it was amazing. The beach is gorgeous – the black sand sparkles in the sunlight, and the waves are crashing all day long. There is barely anyone to be seen! It was relaxing and dreamy. Probably one of my favourite beaches in the world. The village that the villa is located in is small and secluded. The lot itself is super private, and very romantic. The food cooked by the staff is UNBELIEVABLE and they are super accommodating and kind! Jamie and Wendy were also great hosts, and took the time to chat with us about Bali and their experiences over the past years. We will be going back every year to this villa, cannot recommend it enough. BEAUTIFUL! Thank you for the amazing experience."
