You'll be staying in a Gladak, an antique teak cabin imported from the island of Java. These adorable cabins have a long history and each one it's own unique personality. Please let us know prior to arrival what configuration you would like. You'll enjoy luxurious 400TC white sateen cotton sheets, a handmade patchwork Guatemalan quilt two pillows for each person. A gift basket of handmade shower bathing products per room. We have a portable cot available with advanced notice. Your room comes with air conditioning, flat screen television, DVD player with a wide selection of DVD's available to watch. A small library of interesting books will keep you engaged by the pool. Large antique thatched roof day bed known as a Bale. If you would like the option of sleeping out just ask and we can set up your mosquito net and bedding in the Bale. Fruit orchard, we invite you to pick and eat your own fruit direct from the tree. Just ask Adi and he'll be happy to get a refreshing coconut down for you to enjoy. Organic, pesticide free, heirloom variety vegetable gardens. Petting animals

We get the nicest guests stay with us at Bali Lush. Last year we were greatly surprised to unexpectedly receive in the mail a package all the way from the The Czech Republic: a Christmas present addressed to Bonnie, Rocket, Cookie, Lucky and Slinky the cat. This year the Doggos were even happier when return guests Jitka & Petr hand delivered their Christmas present which this year included multi packs of Friskies Funtastix and hand baked Christmas Dog biscuits in. After consultation all dogs confirmed that the best treats do in fact come from The Czech Republic, and Jitka & Petr are most welcome to send more brands for further taste tests.

Came across this striking stand of Bamboo, 20+ m tall, off of the new pathway to Sing Sing Angin Waterfall. Google informs me that it is the variety Gigantochloa apus, which known as Bambu Tali in Bali; a tall variety (up to 30m) that is used locally in construction.
