Days can be just stunning. Mount Rinjani poking through the clouds. The beach break baby waves starting to break with the new swell arriving today. The 2 super yacht moored close to the beach give a sureal image of two different worlds , with our traditional fishing /surfboat on the beach taking the Ombak guests to Inside Ekas reef break.

Today the surf at Inside Ekas was very BIG. Brave boys broke boards and got a bit scared.
We could not get the boat safely through the channel, so decided to ride the beach break.which was amazing and sets overhead and super long waves. If you look closely at the photo, you can see the left and right running in to the gap that our boat goes through. It was a good call, and shows how good the beachbreak gets....

This is our Mum, Pam. An absolute inspiration and damn fine woman. 80 years old in this picture.....guess what ??? She will be here in Ombak resort at Ekas very soon....so excited xx
