As we continue to grow with our community, we celebrate the connections that inspire creativity, craftsmanship, and culture.

On 24 July, Chef Tomy Saputra of The Long Table Restaurant & Bar by John Hardy joins Chef Arvie Delvo of Api Jiwa for a special Four Hands Dinner rooted in flavour and fire.

The evening's menu will feature signature creations including Warayaki Amberjack, line-caught amberjack kissed by fragrant straw smoke; Duck Bo Sam, open-flame grilled duck served with house-made pickles and soy-ginger sauce; Chef Tomy's Iga Bakar Warayaki; and the comforting flavours of Bubuh Bali, celebrating Indonesia's rich culinary heritage.

Today, we celebrate eight years of calling Keliki home.

Eight years ago, Capella Ubud became part of Keliki. Since then, the forest, the community, and the traditions of this village have guided our journey.

Through Bring Back the Light, our partnership with Wayan
Wardika and the people of Taro Village supports habitat
restoration and regenerative farming practices that help protect
one of Bali's most delicate ecosystems.

The return of the fireflies is more than a beautiful sight. As
indicators of ecosystem health, their presence reflects the
impact of collective action and a shared commitment to caring
for the land.

Today, these efforts continue to deepen the connection between
people and nature, helping inspire future generations to care for
the world around them.
