Balinese cuisine is all about balance—fragrant herbs, warming spices, tropical fruits, and vibrant flavors that bring people together. Every meal tells a story of family, culture, and island life.

After a delicious feast, cool off with this refreshing tropical juice that you can easily make at home.

🥭 Mahalani Tropical Sunshine Juice

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
• 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
• Juice of 1 lime
• 1 cup chilled coconut water
• A few fresh mint leaves
• Ice cubes

Directions:
Blend everything until smooth. Pour into your favorite glass, garnish with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint, and enjoy while imagining the gentle ocean breeze of North Bali.
