Booking.com! I have NOT been paid since March 2023. I have made NUMEROUS calls to BookingDotCom and still have not received monies due to us.
I continue to get excuses as to why you have failed to pay us.
It is "breach of contract" from you as you have already taken your commission from our guests and their payment. However, you have failed to pay us for 6months. It is unprofessional and unethical to refuse payment of money owed to us since March 2023.
I wish to STRONGLY argue that your business has cause us significant financial and emotional stress, adversesly affected our health and wellbeing and has forced us to borrow money (take on a significant debt!). All of these issues are NOT ACCEPTABLE!
This matter is now extremely urgent and I want you to rectify as soon as possible!
