The Ark Ubud Bali is a beautiful retreat center that has been newly renovated in 2022 offering 8 guest rooms, an open air yoga shala, infrared sauna, ice bath, fire pit, spa cabana, a beautiful pool overlooking the jungle, and open air common living spaces. Our hidden oasis is tucked down a quiet street in Penestanan that offers peace and serenity but we are also just a short walk or motorbike rid

e to Ubud central to experience the magic of the town. Each of our air-conditioned guest rooms have a private bathroom, plush linens and towels, bathroom amenities, bottled water service, WiFi, tea kettles, and diffusers. Some accommodations have garden views, bath tubs and outdoor terraces. At The Ark, you will find beautiful landscaped garden areas, a shared living area and an open air chef’s kitchen to connect with others in our community. Our wonderful team is here daily to ensure you have a comfortable stay here in Bali. Bali Denpasar International Airport is 1.5 to 2 hour drive away.

What is YOUR reason? ✨

It’s our joy to introduce you to our very first in-house retreat offering at The Ark, The Reason Retreats!

What we wish to become our signature retreat program, hosting hundreds of beautiful souls in the years to come, our first 7-day retreat will be held this year on 18-24 August, 2025.

Why "The Reason" Retreats?

The Reason Retreats is our own reason for being! Rewind to 4 years ago to when we first renovated The Ark, we had already envisioned our own series of retreat offerings. They were to be called The Reason Retreats. But just as soon as The Ark space opened, we realized there was such a demand for other facilitators and international retreat hosts looking for the perfect sacred home to share their gifts, we've been holding space for others ever since.

Now with the time and clarity to put our own retreat offering into the world, it feels like an injection of new energy into The Ark’s journey.

We also love that it poses the question… what is YOUR reason?

We are all in different places on our journey, we all have different questions. Different reasons for why we want to go on retreat.

The Reason Retreats offer space for it all.

Whatever your reason to retreat, you are welcome, and we can’t wait to share this exciting journey with you!

It’s our joy to introduce you to our very first in-house retreat offering at The Ark, The Reason Retreats!
