Within Bali’s rice terraces, agrarian life follows the cycles of the land, and ‘Mebiu Kukung’ is held as a profound ceremony. Rooted in ancestral tradition, this ritual is a tribute to Dewi Sri, the revered goddess of rice and fertility, whose blessings sustain the island’s lush landscapes and those who cultivate them.

Biu Kukung, the red banana featured in the offering, carries a deep hue symbolizing abundance and gratitude.
