AMANI Melasti — March 2026 Update ✔️

March in Bali coincides with Ramadan, which means a temporary slowdown in construction. This is a standard practice and is factored into the project timeline.

As of April 4, the site has fully resumed normal operations.

Current progress:

🔹 Section 1: installation of the second-floor slab is planned.

🔹 Section 2: construction of first-floor vertical structures, installation of the second-floor slab, and horizontal waterproofing at the technical level.

🔹 Section 3: installation of the third-floor slab, construction of third-floor vertical structures, and horizontal waterproofing on the first floor.

More momentum ahead.

February at the AMANI Melasti construction site ⚡️

Construction of the AMANI Melasti complex continues at a steady pace. Monolithic works were carried out simultaneously across all three sections of the project.

In the first section, the first stage of concreting the vertical structures of the ground floor has been completed, where a restaurant with 5-meter-high ceilings will be located.
In the second section, preparations for concreting the slab above the technical floor are nearing completion.
In the third section, the second-floor slab has been completed and installation of the load-bearing structures is ongoing.

Despite unfavorable weather conditions at the end of the month, construction work continued without interruption. During Ramadan, the schedule will be temporarily adjusted, after which construction will proceed as planned.

Февраль на строительной площадке AMANI Melasti ⚡️

Строительство комплекса продолжается активными темпами. Монолитные работы велись одновременно во всех трёх секциях проекта.

В первой секции завершён первый этап бетонирования вертикальных конструкций первого этажа, где будет расположен ресторан с потолками 5 метров.
Во второй секции завершается подготовка к бетонированию перекрытия над техническим этажом.
В третьей секции выполнена плита второго этажа и продолжается монтаж несущих конструкций.

Несмотря на неблагоприятную погоду в конце месяца, работы проходили без остановок. В период Рамадана график будет скорректирован, после чего строительство продолжится в обычном режиме.
