The beach was once a quieter coastal escape, reached through the villages of Perasi and Bugbug, before travellers began discovering its clear waters, white sand, and naturally secluded setting. Its location behind the hills helped keep it away from the busier beaches of South Bali, and visitors eventually gave it the name “Virgin Beach” for its untouched, peaceful feel✨
