Hi, you are assisted with Mr. Please kindly chat with him, and do your hotel reservation. You may send your messages to our inbox or email us. How to make a reservation.
1. Find out the rates, you may see from our wall or album photos and you may ask Ms Marine, if you can not find your preferred hotel in our album.
2. Give us your name as booker, g
uest's name ( must be same with their ID ) , email address and contact number, we will proceed your reservation to hotel, try to book couple of weeks in advance, some hotel need guarantee or deposit in advance if reservation made less than 7 days before your arrival date.
3. Ms Marine will send you confirmation letter through email address, therefore you need to wait a while. Once you received the confirmation letter, that means your reservation has been confirmed. But if you have not receive any confirmation letter, that means it has not been confirmed yet.
4. In confirmation letter , there will be cut off date reservation, therefore you must settle the payment before cut off date, otherwise your reservation will be released and will be sold to other guest.
5. Once you have made the payment, this mean you have guaranteed your reservation and will not be able to amend or cancel your reservation. if you make ammendment or cancellation, 1 nite charges will be applied and for high season full period charges will be applied.
6. After we receive your payment, we will send your hotel voucher and invoice to your email. Please kindly print your voucher out and give the voucher to the reception in your hotel. You do not need to print your invoice out. You do not need to worry about your location or our location, since we are doing online business, your voucher is surely guaranteed confirmed once sent, you may check directly to the hotel, ask the reservation department if your guest name stated in their list.
7.Payment can be done by bank transfer in IDR, SGD , and USD. All bank charges that may be appeared will be buyer responsibility.
