Ardmore Tidy Towns notes 1 June (1)
Community Barbecue at Round Tower Hotel Sunday afternoon.
We got lucky with the weather on Sunday when apparently there were showers in the neighbourhood but Ardmore stayed fine and sunny and we had a great turnout once again for what has become a truly wonderful community event with all the generations mingling, locals and visitors renewing acquaintances all to the dulcet tones of the hugely popular local band ‘No Panic’.
A sincere thanks to all our helpers from setting up the stand in the morning to all who helped in the kitchen, accounts and the tidy up afterwards. Of course none of this would be possible without the wonderful cooperation and hospitality of Aidan and Trish Quirke at The Round Tower Hotel.

Save the Date! The Cunnigar Crossing (An Trasnú) will take place on Sunday 16th August 🐟. This is a 6km walk across the Brickey estuary and Dungarvan Bay at low tide. Held once a year, it is a superb event!

Our Head Chef, Pascal Onink, has crafted a varied menu for this season using many local ingredients.
