Since joining the kitchen team, Jamie has shown incredible dedication, commitment, and growth in his role. Over the past number of months, his development has been clear for everyone to see. From building confidence in the kitchen to taking on greater responsibility during service, Jamie has consistently embraced every challenge with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

What makes Jamie stand out isn’t just his improvement as a chef. He’s also a fantastic teammate. Friendly, approachable, and always bringing a bit of good humour to the kitchen, he’s someone people enjoy working alongside every day. His positive energy helps create a great atmosphere, even during the busiest services.
