Ballybunion Community Forum on behalf of An Garda Síochána in Ballybunion are seeking to notify the public of the following traffic restrictions this weekend:

- All Carparks are closed from this evening (Friday, March 27, 2020) except for the SuperValu car park, which will be open for customers only.

- All Roads to beaches ( Strand Rd. And Glen Rd. ) are closed to cars except for residents in the seaweed baths area.

- Walking access only on the Glen Road to Ladies Beach and on the Strand Rd. to the Men's Beach. All other pathways to both beaches are closed for the Weekend.

- Castle Green area totally closed.

Ballybunion’s breathtaking beaches and cliff walks will be here on the other side of this pandemic.

Our job, for now, is to protect those that need it most, the vulnerable in our society and the health workers doing amazing work to save lives. By staying home we can all help to save lives. We are asking that people follow public health advice to please stay at home.
