Meet the stunning Minnie, who, along with her pawrents, spent several days this week exploring a flavour of what Waterford has to offer.

From magical forest walks (straight from the gates here), to secluded, deserted beaches (you just need the drop on where to go 🤫😉), it's all on the doorstep from Nire Valley Eco Camp.

All credits to the owners who gave full permission for me to post. It was an absolute pleasure meeting you all and having you to stay 💚

And yes, that is a big bed. Neither of them have shrunk from being overworked 😅 (as if).
Can't wait to see old friends again and welcome new friends from near and far, (humans & furbabies) to the beautiful Nire Valley 💕💗💕

That's a lot of bees 🐝 😳😳

Not sure if they're just keeping their hive cool, or if they're going to swarm 🤔

These are native Irish Black bees and thankfully they seem to be thriving. We've already had one swarm last week. They moved to the other side of the house 😅

Didn't know it when we did the extension, but we basically just built a massive beehive 😅

The latest batch of adoptees 🫶🏻🐔🫶🏻 just 15 minutes after arrival. Collected from , who do amazing, tireless work.

To many, they're just waste material. A by-product of the egg industry. To me, they're each an individual, and I can already see the different personalities. Some are gonna be a handful 🤪 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ Absolute Diiiiiiivas

They'll quarantine for quite some time, get some weight (and feathers) on, and then move down to join the other girlies to roam free and really start living their best lives 🌱💕
