Mamore Gap

Only a 20 minute drive from Westbrook House, the Gap of Mamore is a pass in the Urris Hills. For a long time the narrow road has been the only connection between Urris and Buncrana. Right after passing the highest point a incredible panorama presents itself. Get your camera and head off on your journey on the Wild Atlantic Way.📷📷📷

Westbrook House is situated in Buncrana, Co. Donegal on the Wild Atlantic Way. It is a beautiful town with the most beautiful places to walk.

One of them is the Buncrana Shore Path. It is a traffic free walk which follows the shoreline of Lough Swilly between Buncrana and Stragill Strand. It is a gently undulating path which passes quiet beaches, old forts and a number of sites of historic interest like O'Doherty's Keep. Wildlife is abundant and the views in all directions are superb. 📷
