bedrooms are fully equipped with all the amenities, so you can relax and unwind in complete luxury. Welcome to boutique, luxurious glamping with a difference, overlooking stunning country side views, Atlantic Ocean and Achill. Our self-accommodation pods are set in the heart of Erris on Claggan Island - a perfect retreat if are looking for a stunning location and glamourous camping. Visit us and stay in our cosy and luxurious pods and simply escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Only 12 kilometres from Bellmulet town our luxurious site can be rented out individually or altogether for a friends/ family get together or any other occasion you might have. Our luxury Pods can sleep up to 4 adults and offer a light and airy space with elegant wood finish, comfy couches and even more comfortable beds with fresh and crispy bed linen and towels provided. All our pods come with toilet and wash hand basin for that extra touch of luxury during your stay. You will also have a full access to the dedicated kitchen/ shower area in our converted barn. An outdoor area next to the pods is perfect for some al fresco dining or to admire sunsets while tasting the best of local produce county Mayo has to offer. If you wish to be closer to nature, tents can be pitched beside the pods for additional €15 per day.

⚠️At some stage today while a tour was underway at the lighthouse someone entered and stole a ship in a bottle used in our story telling at the lighthouse, it is a one off item made specifically for Blacksod lighthouse and is very distinctive. We would ask whoever took it to please return it as soon as possible and we also ask our followers to please let us know if you happen to see it online being offered for sale.⚠️ See picture below ⏬️⏬️
