Celebrate National Harp Day at Kilronan Castle 🎶

Join us at Kilronan Castle for a special evening of traditional Irish music and song as we welcome The Carolan Collective, in cooperation with Harp Ireland to celebrate Lá na Cruite / National Harp Day 2026.

Featuring talented local musicians and Roscommon harpers performing on both ancient wire-strung and modern harps, this promises to be a wonderful celebration of Ireland’s rich musical heritage, inspired by the legacy of celebrated Irish harper and composer Turlough O’Carolan.

Located less than 2km from O’Carolan’s resting place at Kilronan Abbey, Kilronan Castle is a fitting setting for an evening honouring his enduring musical legacy.

📅 Saturday 17 October at 8pm
📍 Dungeon Bar, Kilronan Castle Estate & Spa

We look forward to welcoming you for an evening of beautiful music and song in the heart of Roscommon. ☘️
