Have you tried out our new Free motion Incline Trainer?

This treadmill features a -3% decline and a +30% incline meaning you can simulate both downhill and steep uphill walking/running. The 1-STEP™ Controls mean that you can easily control the speed and gradient.

We are constantly improving the gym and we would love to hear your feedback on what else we can do in the gym to make it even better.

MEMBER NOTICE

There will be some delays and minor disruption on the main driveway tomorrow due to resurfacing works.

There will be traffic management in place.

The leisure club car park will also be closed from 6am until approximately 2pm to facilitate repairs to the car park surface.

Please park in the main hotel car park and access the leisure club through the main hotel.

We thank you in advance for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience.

Have you tried out our new Outdoor Hot Tub?

Relax and unwind and be immersed in nature in our new 7 seater hot tub or cool down in our rustic cold plunge pool, outdoor shower or cold drench bucket.

We are not finished yet............

Our outdoor area will be getting an upgrade in the coming weeks with the installation of 2 new cold plunge pools with built in chillers and filters. We will also be giving the area some TLC with some painting and planting happening over the next few weeks.

Just a reminder that we are open 8.00am to 8.00pm Sunday 31st May and Monday the 1st June this Bank Holiday weekend.

Children's swimming hours are between 9.00am and 7.00pm.

Are you interested in becoming a Level 2 Swimming Teacher? 🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️🏊‍♂️

We will be running a STA Level 2 award in swimming running from Sunday 7th June to Thursday 11th June . The STA level 2 award will give you the skills and knowledge to teach swimming lessons to both adults and children.

The STA award in swimming is an internationally recognized qualification and also recognized by the Register of Aquatic Professionals.
