St Patricks Day 2020:

Following on from our meeting last night a decision was made to go ahead with the 16th annual St Patricks Day celebrations in Burtonport. We hope you can help us out with this. We are a small committee and need your help with the following:

- SPONSORSHIP/DONATIONS of items we can use as prizes. You may have a small business who could sponsor a prize or have been gifted a present for a birthday or Christmas that you will not use. Please contact us and we will arrange collection or drop off at St Columbas community centre.
- DONATIONS OF HOME BAKING: We regularlly have 300 - 500 attend the event and would like to be in a position to offer everyone a cuppa and a bite to eat. If you bake at all we would be greatfull for items we can share with the community. Please let us know if you can do this before we have to buy.
- HELP ON THE DAY We always need individuals who have time to help with set up and on the day - someone to supervise the art tables, help with temporary tatoos, helping at the individual stalls, selling tickets, serving teas, washing up and tidy up etc...
