Our Viking Bank Holiday weekend round-up and a truly delicious one at that!
Starting with fresh nettles plucked from our grounds by our Head Chef which were made into a creamy risotto with peas and aged Parmesan, while crab landing straight from Kincasslagh Pier was served with claws, crab meat and our homemade Marie Rose-style dressing ๐ค๐ป
Alongside our Moules Frites, it was a weekend full of wonderful, fresh local produce and great flavours - what we absolutely love and what we are all about at Viking!
