Our Foxy lady Hendrix posing for a picture for Ciara Wright 🥰 Does she know she's cute? We believe she does!

Interesting facts: Foxes in Ireland don't have rabies, as it has been completely eradicated in 1902. Hendrix started coming to our house, we believe, on invitation by our cat Mr.Furzey. They get along, and since Hendrix is well fed, she isn't a threat to chickens and ducks in the area and doesn't risk to be killed by a (rightly) angry chicken owner.

I am a big fan of Poirot movies, so today I was feeling nostalgic. And as always, I went on cooking mode and decided to try to make rose scented Turkish delights. I have to say I am really satisfied with the result. Now, to think on how to use them on a breakfast special :)
