This morning marked the start of our new breakfast and was very well received by all our guests. They enjoyed our new Smoked Salmon dishes, Smashed Avocado and were even treated to some bubbly personalities in the breakfast room. A fantastic start to a (so far) dry day in the city.

Preparations are already in place for our new breakfast launch on Thursday 27th. We have just got delivery of new display items and for those lucky enough to be staying with us on Wednesday night you will be the first to try our new menu including the delicious Smashed Avocado and our incredible Trinity Smoked Salmon. A think slice of traditional soda bread with cream cheese and smoked salmon. This is a perfect way to stay the day ahead.

The new and exciting Trinity Lodge breakfast will be launching on Thursday 27th July. In addition to the already popular Full Irish and Vegetarian Breakfast we will be introducing Trinity Smoked Salmon. A delicious helping of Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese on top of a thick slice of traditional Irish Soda Bread. We will also be introducing the Trinity Smashed Avocado. A dish we are convinced wont disappoint.

De locatie is prima, op loopafstand van Trinity College, winkelgebied en Temple Bar. Ontbijt was heerlijk: vers, veel keuze en met smaak bereid. Kamer was schoon en ruim. Wat ons wel tegenviel was de geluidsoverlast: we hadden kamer 2 aan de achterzijde begane grond en hebben van vrijdag op zaterdag nauwelijks geslapen vanwege herrie van de airco buiten en laden en lossen. De TV deed het amper (losse kabel) en uit de do**he kwam een klein straaltje. Voor 200 euro per nacht mag je meer verwachten. Ook de behandeling aan de telefoon was niet bepaald servicegericht. We zouden hier niet nog een keer naartoe gaan!

Stayed one night. Great location within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Great wifi speed for multiple devices in our family of 3 teens. Loved the breakfast choices, which included made-to-order vegetarian option and Eggs Benedict with salmon. Delicious! Staff was very nice and helpful, room clean. Will stay here again if we come back to Dublin!
