Our dedicated team of trainers deliver in-house and external workshops in real work environments giving you the best practice and work experience to prepare you for your next job in the hospitality industry. Our company director Fiona Dunne has successfully trained 100s of participants over the past couple of years and placed many candidates in some of the largest hotel groups in the country. We offer a suite of various training courses ranging from basic foundation courses, to food hygiene, manual handling and refresher courses for experience hospitality staff. Our courses are suitable for anyone who is interested in working in the industry (no experience needed) as well as experienced staff who would like to get a refresher training and up to date information on best practices in the industry.
