The facility is served by its own launderette in the basement where there is also ample bicycle parking. The Swuite Grangegorman brand has been developed so that all of our residents can avail of the highest quality living and at affordable rates. Our generous size rooms cater for single use and are all fitted out with private ensuite bathrooms, ample wardrobe and under-bed storage, a double size bed and a stylish kitchenette. We have also dedicated universal access suites. The property is located at the junction of Grangegorman Road Lower and Fitzwilliam Place North, Dublin 7. It is within walking distance of Dublin City Centre, Trinity College, Royal College of Surgeons (RCSI), Dublin Business School, Griffith College, Dublin Institute of Technology, National College of Ireland, The King’s Inns, The Four Courts, the Mater Hospital, Temple Street and Bon Secours Hospitals are within close proximity. The area is well serviced by excellent transport links with numerous bus services operating from adjacent the Drumcondra train station.
