Take me away… back to the “back field” via the “lodge” circa 1997 where if I wasn’t listening to old school dance anthems on the radio with Martin Carol I was listening to Bonkers on our walkmans with Stephen Duggan (DJ Hixxys remix of Binary Finery to be exact) some might say this was a miss spent youth but I wouldn’t rather spend it any other way. Naggins of Grants Vodka and 30p Cadet red lemonade chasers 6 Dutch Gold for a fiver and 10packs of John Player Blue... ona School Night!?. Chain smoking and listening to Delirium with Shivi and Lou Lou in the “lodge” where every day was the weekend and most nights in Winter were Halloween courtesy of a over turned shopping trolly and Deeeco Reape. Those “back field” days were the days - And I know it’s been a minute since we talked last but I truly hope wherever in the world you are your living your best life 😘x
