We’re incredibly proud to be certified as a Best Workplace™ in Retail, Hospitality & Leisure in the UK! 🎉

We’ve always believed that looking after our people is at the heart of what we do. That’s what makes this recognition particularly meaningful as it’s based on the experiences and feedback of our people.

And the feedback speaks for itself: 👇
• 99% of our people say they are treated fairly regardless of their sexual orientation.
• 97% say they are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
• 97% say they are treated fairly regardless of their race or ethnic origin.
• 94% say they can ask management any reasonable question and get a straight answer.
• 93% say they are treated fairly regardless of their age.

A huge thank you to Great Place To Work UK for this recognition, and most importantly, to our incredible teams.

✨ Exciting Updates at PREMIER SUITES Leeson Street🗣️

We are giving one floor of our apartments a fresh new look, and while the end result will be beautifully polished, the journey there might include the odd dusty footprint and the occasional friendly builder in the corridor. It is all part of an exciting refurbishment programme, and we can’t wait to unveil our new Signature Apartments once they are complete.

🟫What to expect between 23rd March and 7th June🟫

All works are carefully contained to the 1st floor only and planned with guest comfort front of mind.

📝 Works will only take place Monday to Friday, between 9.00am and 4.30pm only, with no evening or weekend work

📝 Daytime noise will be noticeable during these hours, however this should not impact guests who are out and about during the day

Despite a little daytime activity, your apartment remains a calm and comfortable retreat. You will still enjoy a great night’s sleep, full access to all facilities, and the space and privacy that make PREMIER SUITES Leeson Street ideal for both business and leisure stays. Thank you for bearing with us while we refresh and improve the suites. We promise the finished apartments will be worth the wait.
