It offers acres of stunning landscaped grounds, a luxurious spa, spacious bedrooms and a fine reputation for quality food & service. Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa is a luxury estate, nestled in 21 acres of lush green Meath countryside. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Though it's been extensively refurbished in the centuries since, it retains the charm of the era it was built in. A sweeping tree lined drive and manicured gardens offers an awe-inspiring approach, while on the interior, pretty stucco plasterwork cornices decorate the halls while chandeliers glitter from the ceiling. The four star property is ideally located just 14 miles from Dublin city and 11 miles from Dublin Airport. With 145 rooms including 4 suites, an award-winning restaurant, spa, gym, two bars and a range of private spaces on offer to cater for small intimate events to large scale conferences, we can host any event providing a memorable experience in our exclusive retreat. The newly refurbished Spa at Dunboyne Castle is one of the finest spas in Meath. Guests can relax in the crystal clear steam room, inhale the scents of the herb sauna and relax in the heat of the laconium, take a mud treatment in the magnificently tiles Rasul or enjoy the fresh cool air from the comfort of the outdoor hot tub. A range of rejuvenating treatments are available, as well as Spa and overnight stay packages. Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa sits at the heart of Ireland's heritage capital and makes and incomparable base from which to explore nearby historic sites. These include Trim Castle, the Hill of Tara, the majestic New Grange and the Brú na Bóinne UNESCO World Heritage Site. Tayto Park and Dublin Zoo are just some of the family fun activities nearby, while we offer a range of on-site activities for our little VIP's.
